Welcome to RIVAL. We are a strength and conditioning facility. Our trainers are highly qualified instructors who hold degrees in the areas of kinesiology and nutrition. We believe teaching a solid foundation in strength coupled with purposeful, high intensity workouts lead to the safest, most effective results. We use traditional training methods as well as the latest proven methods to achieve results. We believe strength is built from progression not random training thrown in to a workout. Our high intensity workouts use a sensible and purposeful methodology to combine exercises with variability to produce results, rather than break down muscle. Our bodies are designed to perform physical activity in bursts of exertion followed by recovery, or stop-and-go movement instead of steady state movement. We believe that shorter more intense exercise creates a stronger healthier body.
