GETTING STARTED

We invite you to come in and try our program. Try a couple of workouts on us. After you are hooked, we will get you signed up for our Fundamentals class. This class consists of three sessions that focus on basic movements and bar lifts. At that point you will ready to jump into the weekly classes. Of course, perfecting these skills can take months and even years. But, after all, it’s the challenge that makes all this so much fun.
