There will be only one incredibly amazing workout this Friday at 6am followed by a sweet game of street hockey. It’s guaranteed to be the best Friday morning you’ve ever had (unless you were with us that one Friday)
There is also NO open gym this Saturday because we will still be recovering from the best Friday ever.
