Bryan Turner-Head Trainer/Programmer/Owner

I have been in the fitness industry for the last 16 years. During that time, I have gained a wealth of knowledge from years of training in a variety of different areas. Over the years I have seen all the fitness fads come and go and have gained the experience to separate effective fitness and non effective fads. Some of my previous experiences include fitness equipment rep, strength trainer, gymnastics coach and gymnast, competitive power lifting coach and competitor, as well as ten years teaching Physical Education. I have a passion for all areas of fitness and strongly believe physical fitness is directly related to a longer and more fulfilling lifestyle.

Joye

Joye Glassett

Joye Glassett’s love for athletics and fitness started early. She has been playing sports including soccer, softball, basketball and track for nearly her entire life. She went on to college to earn a degree in exercise physiology with an emphasis in nutrition and play collegiate track and field. To help expand her knowledge, Joye has attended different nutrition and coaching seminars. Joye also holds her CSCS through the NSCA. As a trainer Joye maintains a positive uplifting attitude keeping her clients motivated and challenged. With a good eye for movement she likes to spend a lot of time on technique. No matter where you come from, Joye’s mission is to help you realize your potential and meet your personal goals.

Vicki

Vicki Crowell

Vicki has always loved sports and also has a background in the health field, being a registered nurse. After getting married, having three children and tired of being out of shape, she became enthusiastic about fitness again after starting CrossFit in 2007. She later got away from strict CrossFit and started training in a group class with Bryan Turner. She has seen great improvements in her strength and fitness level while doing his programming. Since then she has been dedicated to improving herself through education, strength training, conditioning and nutrition. She loves God her family and loves to include them in her activities. Her hobbies include: getting strong, MMA combatives, ultimate frisbee, adventure/mud races, cooking and eating.

I have been a personal trainer for over seventeen years now. I believe the most important job I have is to help my clients make healthy lifestyle changes. This can enhance their quality of life. I love to see my clients attaining results both physically and mentally and just becoming more healthy overall.

My love for fitness and health began really during my teenage years. I started getting into weightlifting and bodybuilding when I was fifteen and I have not stopped since. Working out/exercising is not only apart of my life but my family as well. I am married with 2 children It is very important to me to be a good role model for my children.
